We are delighted to share our recently published national GP Patient Survey Results. These are published by NHS England and of the 300 surveys sent out to patients, 110 were completed.
82% of patients have rated their experience of Isca Medical Practice as GOOD compared to the national average of 71%. We scored highly on the following areas:
- how easy patients found getting through to us by phone (80% of respondents confirmed it as easy)
- patients generally get to speak or see their preferred GP when they would like to (62% of respondents confirmed)
- patients were offered a choice of appointment when they last tried to make a general practice appointment (76% of respondents confirmed)
