ISCA Medical Practice

Farewell to Dr Weeden…

It’s a sad day for us here at Isca Medial Practice as we say a very fond farewell to Dr Claire Weeden…in her own words –

I am sorry to have to let you know that after 20 years working at Polsloe Road, Charters Surgery and then being part of the formation of Isca Medical Practice, I will be leaving the Practice on 1st September 2024.

The Practice will continue to look after you and the familiar faces will still be here.

Thank you for trusting me with your health and wellbeing. I have always tried to do my best supporting you through the journey of life.

There are many things I will miss about working here, as Isca has been a major part of my life, but most of all I will miss the people, both my colleagues and the services that work alongside us, and especially you, the patients, many of whom I have known for the whole of my 20 years here. It has been an honour and a privilege to have shared experiences, both good times and challenging.

No doubt I may bump into some of you as I will still be in the area.

I hope you all stay well, but when you need them, the Practice will still be here to look after you.  We have just had excellent patient feedback scores from the National Survey, which we thank those of you who contributed.

These are challenging times for General Practice and your support for Isca and its staff is greatly needed and appreciated.

We wish Claire all the very best for the future and will miss her greatly.
