Thinking of suicide?

Sometimes life can be very overwhelming, and therefore sometimes we can think the only way out is by ending our life. Please know that we are here to help you. If you think you are going to end your life and need immediate support, please dial 999, otherwise we are more than happy to help. There are several charities which can also help too:

Papyrus:

“Papyrus is the national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide”. Papyrus provide confidential support to those who are having suicidal thoughts. Their website can be accessed here.

Samaritans:

if you are needing support and having suicidal thoughts you can contact the Samaritans who are available 365 days a year, and you can contact them on 116123. More information is available here, to find out more about the services in which they provide.

The Mix:

The mix is a charity specifically designed to help individuals under 25. Young individuals are able to use the mix’s 24/7 messenger texting service by texting 85258. More information about this service can be found here.
