Community Connectors: If you are aged 11-18 and live in Exeter and would like support to improve your wellbeing then a community connector may be beneficial for you. A community connector can help you with:
- Joining a club
- Learning new skills
- Meeting new people
- Doing more things that you enjoy
- Identify new things that might be right or you.
If you are interested in this, then contact your GP who can make the referral.
