Keeping safe in the heat

During these hot weathers, you should protect yourself by:

  • Using sunscreen, with a minimum of 30 SPF, to protect from UV rays
  • keep hydrated at all times
  • seek shade (Especially between 11am and 4pm)
  • eat foods that contain a significant amounts of water
  • wear a heat
  • wear sunglasses to protect the eyes
