During these hot weathers, you should protect yourself by:
- Using sunscreen, with a minimum of 30 SPF, to protect from UV rays
- keep hydrated at all times
- seek shade (Especially between 11am and 4pm)
- eat foods that contain a significant amounts of water
- wear a heat
- wear sunglasses to protect the eyes
