Dear Colleague

I write to advise that with effect from 1st April 2010 the Occupational Health service for all GP Practices and NHS Dental Practices in the NHS Devon catchment area,  will be provided by Occupational Health Services for Primary Care who are part of Devon Health Ltd. 

Practices in South & West Devon and Teignbridge already use this service.

Through this communication we are notifying Practices who have previously received their occupational health service through either the Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust or Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust that the intention is to transfer existing Occupational Health Records to the new provider. This will ensure that Occupational Health Services for Primary Care have the necessary records to provide you with a seamless service. 

If you do not wish the records for your practice to be transferred to Occupational Health Services for Primary Care please let us know by Friday 26th March 2010. 

Any new referrals for appointments on or after 1st April should be made to Occupational Health Services for Primary Care. Their contact details are as follows:-
